My Musical Journey
Born in New Orleans to parents Geraldine Mitchell and the late Rev. Ronald Mitchell.
Mr. Mitchell has two brothers, two sisters, and one sister in law. Ronald Mitchell Jr., Romero Mitchell, Rhonda Mitchell, Alexis Mitchell, and Demetrius Hutson. He also has two nephews and two beautiful nieces. Ronald Mitchell III, Isaiah Mitchell, Amani Mitchell, and Iyana McElven.
Mr. Mitchell is a graduated of Walter L. Cohen Sr. High School. He has several accomplishments. Includes winning the 2020 NOLA Gospel Awards for Praise & Worship leader of the year, Recorded singles (Clean Heart, Don't Give Up, New Life, and Lord You Reign), (New Life) was re-recorded by The National Gospel Songwriters Conference 2022 Live Recording, 2020-2025 Nominated for the Gulf Coast Gospel Music Awards, 2022-2025 Nominated for The Sounds Awards. 2023 & 2025 Nominated for the Prayze Factor Awards, and Host of GSWC Highlights. Also, Mr. Mitchell has been honored at the 2025 The National Gospel Songwriters Conference Jewel of Gospel Music.
Mr. Mitchell is the Male Chorus Worship Leader of First Pilgrims B. C. and Minister Of Music of Greater Antioch M. B. C. Finally, Mr. Mitchell sings Tenor and Assistant in the group Anointed 2 Worship. In addition, he is also the Chief Executive Administrator for The National Gospel Songwriters Conference and DLM Media Network.
